ESSFeed is operated by ESSFEED LTD, a company registered in [England and Wales] under company number 17296283. ESSFEED LTD is the data controller for personal information collected through essfeed.com and the ESSFeed newsletters.
What we collect
- Newsletter subscribers: your email address and any details you choose to provide, such as your name, company or job title. We also collect engagement data, such as whether an email was opened and which links were clicked.
- Website visitors: basic technical and usage information, such as browser type, device, pages viewed and approximate location, collected through Google Analytics.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use third-party advertising networks, and we do not share subscriber details with sponsors or advertisers.
Some of these providers, including Beehiiv, are based in the United States and process data there. Some may also process data in other countries outside the UK and European Economic Area. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.

Many of our readers are based in the United States.

- Global Privacy Control: where required by law, we treat browser-based opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control as a valid request to opt out.
Children
ESSFeed is a business publication for professionals. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
