In early January, CEO J.M. Procacci informed company employees of Maxwell’s decision to retire on January 31st, 2025. Maxwell’s career at Procacci Brothers began in 1981, where he worked closely with Founder Joseph G. Procacci and current CEO Joseph M. Procacci.
