Tom Bauer, who previously held the role of vice president and chief commercial officer at Farmer Brothers, will now serve as the vice president and chief field operations officer, overseeing the company’s direct-store-delivery, logistics, planning, and procurement operations.
Farmer Brothers, known for owning Oregon’s Boyd’s Coffee Company and West Coast Coffee Company, among other coffee and tea brands, caters to over 30,000 U.S. businesses through its business-to-business operations. The Nasdaq-traded company reported fiscal Q1 2025 net sales of $85.1 million at its most recent earnings call.
With over 25 years of experience in the consumer product industry, Brian Miller brings a wealth of knowledge to his new role as the VP of sales. His previous positions include chief commercial officer at Primo Water (formerly DS Services and Standard Coffee) and regional president and general manager at Mars Drinks North America. Farmer Brothers CEO and President John Moore expressed excitement about Miller joining the team, highlighting his track record of creating high-performing sales teams, particularly within the coffee and beverage industry.
