Nestled between beach huts on Porth Mawr in Abersoch, Wales, the sliver of land is described as “an exciting opportunity with planning permission to build”.
And with bidding starting at a whopping £100,000, the purchase will cost buyers a pretty penny, as reported by Luxury Property News.

The buyer will own a patch of Abersoch beach with the convenience of storage and shelter at the water’s edge.
The listing says that it offers “beautiful panoramic views across the bay towards St Tudwals Islands and Machroes Beach”.
In images of the spot, it can be seen nestled between huts next to some sand dunes.
It is a short distance from the ocean.
Porth Mawr beach is long, wide and very flat – running at nearly half a mile in length.
It is known for its golden sand and is mainly backed by the dunes.
It also has a very rural feel as apart from a caravan site at the southern end, there is very little else nearby.
It has been reported that Llanengan Community Council opposed the proposal, citing “overdevelopment” concerns, but Cyngor Gwynedd, the governing body, gave the project the green light.
