This designation makes these items “GLP-1 friendly,” a term that refers to their suitability for individuals using GLP-1 medications, those transitioning off them, individuals working towards natural weight management, or anyone focused on maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
This move by Healthy Choice marks the first time a major food brand has specifically called out “GLP-1 Friendly” on its packaging. Consumers can expect to see these labels on the selected items starting in January, providing them with a clear indication of the nutritional benefits of these products.

Healthy Choice Café Steamers and Simply Steamers, featuring the “On Track” badge, will be available at major retailers nationwide, including Walmart, Target, Kroger, and Albertsons, as well as online through platforms such as Amazon.com and Walmart.com. While the new packaging is set to start rolling out in January 2025, availability may vary by location.
