A new and exciting food and drink experience is set to hit Chapel Allerton in Leeds this spring, courtesy of the team behind York-based craft brewery Brew York. The innovative new concept venue, Brew+Bao, is a collaboration between Brew York and YUZU Street Food, promising a fusion of unique flavors and a vibrant atmosphere for patrons to enjoy.
YUZU has gained popularity for its Asian fusion dishes and has been delighting Brew York customers at its York venues since 2019. Now, Brew York and YUZU are joining forces to bring their culinary expertise to the people of Leeds through the Brew+Bao venture, the first under Brew York’s new ‘Brew+’ brand.
Featuring an array of over 16 different fresh beers, Brew+Bao will offer a carefully curated selection of craft beers – some permanent and others on rotation – to complement their menu. Customers can look forward to a menu crafted by the YUZU street food team, featuring a variety of bao buns, loaded fries, and sides, many of which will be exclusive to the Chapel Allerton location.
The venue will accommodate 100 indoor covers and 80 outdoor covers on a heated terrace, creating the perfect setting for relaxed al fresco dining and drinking. Located in the heart of Chapel Allerton on Stainbeck Road, the 1,700 sq ft restaurant boasts a modern and urban aesthetic designed to foster a social and engaging atmosphere.
