Following closely behind were Saudi Arabia with 893 tonnes (-9%), Qatar with 257 tonnes (-39%), Chile with 195 tonnes (+94%), and Kuwait with 179 tonnes (+18%). Ricardo Santin, the president of ABPA, highlighted the positive contribution of both the turkey and duck sectors to Brazil’s foreign exchange revenues, amounting to US$ 165 million.
