The acquisition of Hausner GmbH is expected to close in the first quarter of 2023. The acquisition also includes activities of Hausner GmbH at the former Hausner site in Pressert, Bavaria. All 36 employees will join the current Vion Breeding and Livestock GmbH team.
Vion aims to better serve the demands and needs of the cattle market while expanding its range of services for farmers. Vion Breeding and Livestock GmbH has been operating a livestock facility in Düben, East Germany for many years.
