The Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association (WCMA) and Center for Dairy Research (CDR) have recently announced the educational topics that will be covered at the upcoming CheeseCon event in 2025. This event, tailored for the dairy processing industry, will take place in Madison, Wisconsin starting on April 16th with an opening keynote panel titled “Mastering Change Management in Dairy’s Evolving Environment.”
